That was short interest on loan not float this am. My B. 96.6M shares traded so far today price up 1.25

Given what happened with GME, and AMC to a lesser extent, I just find it very difficult to believe hedge funds are going to get caught with their pants down again. AMC doesn’t have anywhere near the problems for shorts that GME had either.
It’s pretty much retail vs retail to see who gets left with the bag, and those are my favorite kind of stocks to watch.

It’s true. The report is through 3/31. BlackRock also increased their stake by 340%.
Considering the two firms manage more passive index funds or ETFs than the rest of Wall Street firms combined, it’s not shocking that AMC’s market cap explosion required them to substantially increase their stakes as they rebalance their indexes.

Passive index tied to total market, must buy more stock that has massive market cap expansion. News at a 11.

Trey's Trades is batting 0 on this thing over the past 5 months. Yet that won't stop greygoose from bringing all that over here.

Well there is no denying that AMC has continuously trended upward all week, and it very well may continue next week.

What I find entertaining is that the reddit crowd thinks they're still in the trenches battling "hedgies" when that's not the case. They're trading amongst themselves.
And then they allow Aron to hoodwink them...the guy dilutes their ownership, they gobble up those additional shares, and act like that dilution episode was a great sign
