Will probably be dumping $22k into AMC if it stays around 10
I'm about to buy another $5K. This is a no brainer!

No way the price drops this much on this amount of volume!

I'm just holding pat. I don't want to risk anymore than what I have out there. If the underlying stock fundamentals were better I would but I'm uncomfortable risking any more money that is mostly dependent on whether other small guys hold. I keep envisioning the Braveheart Hooooold meme but I also know at the end Mel Gibson had his guts ripped out.

Understandable. Relying on others is hard. I'm just trying to reassure folks who are fairly new to trading, that this dip isn't real. The fact remains, that the upside is very, very real. Way too many shorts with expired contracts.

I have found that if I have to be talked into something that generally it’s something I should have avoided in the first place. Some people here (not necessarily you but just using your post as an example) have been reckless giving out investment advice that they are not qualified to give, nor are they as informed as they think they are

My advice to anyone here is to trade your plan and if you don’t have a plan, don’t trade

Well said! AMC is entirely too volatile for me, which is why I sold my small position late yesterday afternoon. Give me reliable large companies and growth funds over these social media hype stocks now. I can’t take the stress anymore . They’re great for some but not for me. I bowed out. Hope you all do well.

Hedges are desperate. They are throwing the kitchen sink at this. Thing is, it's futile if panic selling doesn't set it.

We’re going to take a brutal bath this morning. If everyone holds we’ll be fine but I have little faith. Too many people like manicTDsnGumbo who jumped in after the GME spike hoping to make immediate quick money and a week wasn’t quick enough so they bailed and cried about it

The low volume after hours are the hedge funds selling back and forth to each other in blocks of 100 to tank the price to cover their short positions.
