I always envisioned 20-30K though. For the sake of a bet with Slackster, we need 30K so he can get a tattoo of my TD name on his body

I mean, I hope it does for my bank account reasons...but id say a solid percentage of my hopes is for that to also happen. Not that I don't like him or anyone...but it would just be fuking funny if it did

Lol. Should have bought my popcorn share a few hours ago. 65 bucks is a little steep... BUT they charge like 10 bucks for a large bucket anyway so with the incentives I’ll break even pretty soon.

Except many of the apes have shown they will sell, and institutions hold 27% of all shares, and they'll sell. And the short percent of float is only 20%, and to get to $10,000 per share, people will need to buy it up that high, which would require someone to buy many of those shares at prices approaching $10k...meaning there would need to be people with a few trillion dollars sitting around, all injecting it into AMC.

Without a miracle here at the close it’s going to close down. Interesting day for sure. All the hoopla this morning about the share offering was comical. Not sure why any longs would care, but it was entertaining to see many of them blatantly lie about it being a sale from April.

the math is based on several unknown's and assumptions to be honest. As much as I would like to see these assumptions true, when you are dealing with this type of play you have to be realistic in the fact that they are probably inflated for hype purposes.

while more "possible", I still think this is pie in the sky thinking. I am not sure of your share count but I would caution an all or nothing approach for 30k. Watch the short interest and how fast it is being covered. This can give you an idea on if you need to move out of your position.
I suggest everyone do their own research and pick your spot to exit that works for you. This doesn't have to be an all or nothing play. It can be a push in the right direction.
