Drove back from Hot Springs on Saturday, taking some back roads to avoid the interstate. Took us through Smackover and El Dorado, told the kids this land holds my early retirement.

Just responded before coming here, thanks for the heads up.
He didn't believe SLI filed a new shelf offering so I laid out how to search filings. Hopefully that helps him and maybe even someone else. Eh, I was there before

market seemed to digest the potential dilution really well. Lots of catalysts to move this thing in the near future.

So was that all the dilution is that done? I guess Im asking was that all of that offering and its been absorbed or is there more to come from it anybody know?

I dont think there was any dilution yet. It was a "hey we are going to dilute this to the tune of $1,000,000,000 over the next year" notice.
I like that it didnt induce a selloff and I expect the FID to be announced with much fanfare since they are expecting to need to raise that much money.
Will prob happen on a day the market drops 5% so no one will notice.

Probably the spot price again. Internet makes it difficult to look up for some reason. There are some macros driving this in addition to the fundamentals.

Yeah. If I get the gold at the end of the rainbow a second time with this stock, I'm done. At least done with any bullshite I don't want to do. The first go around secured my early retirement. And second will make it extremely hard to do any real work. Just not sure that I'm wired to walk away.
Finally got Schwab to switch my shares on the Canadian exchange over. Apparently my wife chit chats with our account rep routinely and she said "I'll handle it" and did within two days. Helped with a bunch of other shite to. Nice to have my own little Schwab concierge. Asian too, I'll bet she's cute. Even sent me a list of private ventures I may be interested in.
