Just pointed out on Yahoo board, they can now sell lithium from the demo plant. Not earth shattering but this does separate them from Nikola.

Not sure I'm following but the Royalty is for all state projects is my understanding.

I think the proposed royalty rate, which the state obviously voted in favor of, was specifically for the Reynolds Brine Unit. Which is why they had to establish the unit in the first place with the last hearing.
