ah, only because of some of you yahoos on this board made it sound like the sky was falling. Glad my initial read of the PR and gut reaction (that this is a huge sign the JV is about to move forward) was right, not the FUD spread here by some like Fe_Mike.
That's kinda harsh on Fe_Mike. Looked like he was just trying to interpret the news, just like the rest of us.
I didn't see anyone arguing against his analysis after he stated it.
To help each other, we need to be able to voice our thoughts in an honest tone. There's no doubt that everyone in this thread is pulling for the same result.

This. Always need opposing view points. Unless someone is just shitposting, no reason to jump on them for their opinion. We're all in this one together boys. We can have a seat at the big table once this thing gets rolling.

I'm in at $3.40. Should plummet under $3 any minute now.
Let's roll!

I'm curious what everyone's sell strategy will be once this thing does take off. The age old question of when to sell. Honestly, sky is the limit based on the potential of this company. Someone mentioned the Piedmont stock, and I would have hated to be the one with 30k shares that sold at $25. I really don't see any reason STLHF couldn't do something very similar. I think I would really prefer a slow and steady rise up. I'd be more inclined to sell quickly if we saw a stonks type rise. Pigs get fed and Hogs get slaughtered.

Unfortunately there aren't a ton of analyst price targets out there, but the ones I've seen have ~$6 as the high end. I'd certainly take that, but would obviously love more.
If we think STLHF is as valuable as Piedmont ($1.1b market cap) that would be a share price of about $7.80.

I've seen as high as $15-16 US by years end. I think that's realistic. They have 3.88 million tons of extractable lithium between Lanxess and Tetra. Tetra is 880k and all STLHF from my understanding. With estimates of lithium prices tripling from current levels, that's a shite ton of future profits. Not to mention the 30 something brine sites Lanxess bought in Germany. Don't know about lithium levels, just saw the purchase. And STLHF rights to geothermal units for lithium extraction. Would be less profitable, but profit. Makes it hard to figure. I think they at least get to $25-30 range in 2-3 years. And I have to believe they will get the 60/40 split with Lanxess instead of the 70/30. I can see STLHF producing 75-100,000 tons/year for themselves with the 60/40 split and all of Tetra once they reach full capacity. Not to mention Albermarle next door. And who knows about using their tech on other sources of lithium. Lots of speculation, but this was supposed to be a 25 year project. I think we'll also see some share buybacks once they start making profits. May be wrong.

No response from the anxious crickets.

if she gets to 12-15 I will probably bail pretty quick. A nice 35k in profit put back into a decent fund would be a nice addition to my portfolio for retirement in 12 years.

Agreed, heavy volume again today and green on a red market day. Great performance here the past two days... but hopefully just an appetizer of what is to come!
