I'd say yes, but then again, there's no reason for it to not have been passed a good while back. The only thing now is, lots of eyes are on them. If the ball is dropped or kicked down the road this time, there's probably a political price to pay.

Oh they're going with the threatening route right now.
Telling AOGC that their Texas leases are more rich in lithium and they've already signed royalty agreements for less than they're offering in Arkansas.
Taking the gloves off now.
65% of leases are owned by non-Arkansas citizens (so the majority of the royalty payments are going out of the state anyway)

Yep, basically saying Arkansas is getting a better royalty deal for lithium that isn’t as good as any of the 1000 leases in Texas. Also insinuating Arkansas has allowed competition to start catching up. I don’t see how this doesn’t get passed based on this info, but I have no faith in the board.
