I’m not. The only condition I will buy is if another stampede starts. Any drops below where we are right now only reinforce that Lithium prospects were way over sold in the beginning. I’m talking industry wide. If SLI were all that it was being hyped as, Elon would’ve snatched it up on the cheap a long time ago, and it would be producing by now. I think Koch bought back in strictly to lower their exit price. The only place I see a practical use for large amounts of lithium is in grid back up. Trump and then Vance are not going to give electric vehicles and unfair advantage, and without that they just can’t compete with ice. Couple that with Arkansas’ Inability to come up with a royalty decision Which shows how serious they aren’t about all this, imho we have an extended bag hold.

While vehicles are certainly a piece of the pie for where lithium demand is (or will be) driven from, it's certainly not the only piece.
Hell there may be pieces that haven't been fully fleshed out yet.
I think lithium will be a major component for the foreseeable future regardless of whether Trump decides not to push EV's full force.

Remember when this stock was 14 dollars?

That was when Trevor miltak had everyone on the retail side
Snookered. This was the point the company should have sold.

That's when we all should have sold. All my positions are exited.

I loss harvested and rolled it into MSTR. Got tired of waiting and needed to offset some taxable gains.

I dropped 1/3rd of my position today at 1.43
I'll end up picking it back up on the next twenty five cents drop next week

I sold 1/3 myself a few days ago. Plan to refill that position if the royalty hearing [happens and] goes well next month. They've telegraphed that the other catalysts are beyond the royalty wall, and I appreciate them doing that.
My best-case prediction at this point:
1. A reasonable royalty is decided at the 22Apr hearing
2. The royalty enables them to complete the SWA DFS
3. SWA DFS enables them to sign binding offtakes and debt financing
4. Announce East Texas resource to pump stock price
5. Pumped stock price enables a more palatable equity raise to finance the remainder of their capex
6. Construction starts

I don’t know how many hundreds of pages back it was but another poster seemed to hit the nail on the head for the most likely outcome.
They’ll run as long as grant money is available. After that, they’ll shed liabilities and take it private at a discount. Then they’ll repackage the IP and try again.

Well y'all nailed that.
Any info on why it's crashing today?
Lithium sector looks really good, so it's quite unusual for SLI to go against the market like this.

I see nothing. Stocktwits not reporting anything either. Maybe a big sell order at open triggered a bunch of stop losses. With the rest of the sector green and no news that I can find, maybe an opportunity to go red-to-green today.

No clue. They've been doing a little hiring, other than that I haven't heard anything.

They're in the middle of that Laguna conference where they're expected to have 1 on 1 meetings

Dang, lots of volume at the close, including a 211k and 1.3m share purchase from what I can tell
ETA: OK I don't know where the 1.3m one went. Google finance acting screwy. Still lots of activity

Seeing a 950k AH buy on Nasdaq, total of 1.3M+ AH. Substantial for SLI lately

I'm sure glad i have SLI to bouy my port today.

Man this press release just makes me more angry at Arkansas for slowing this process down.
If it didn't mean a multiyear delay I would love it if SLI just ditched Arkansas and brought all of the production to East Texas. In the words of the AOGC: "take their ball and go home". Call that bluff and hit 'em with a big 'frick you' out the door.
