I’ve always distrusted mintak and now it makes sense why

He just starts up a fake minerals company every few years and crashes it

Maybe this time he’ll get enough to retire

Why didn't he sell last year if it was a scam? He has a couple million shares exposure with options so he's down more than $10M from the peak.

As y'all know I'm all out for now, but the intrigue of this stock is pretty wild. If it was a scam, why didn't Lanxess sell their shares, why didn't Mintak and other SLI insiders sell their shares, and why did Koch invest?

Honestly don't know. I tried researching Mintak extensively early on and didn't find any of this. Not saying it's not true as things can be swept under the rug. It was public knowledge that he and Robinson left pure energy. I don't know that any of those prior companies had any partners like Lanxess or Koch. Like General Lee, I have a hard time believing Koch dropped $100 million on some bullshite. I certainly have my concerns. The problem is when stuff like this drops, it takes a while to sort through and see what's bullshite and what's true. It would be different if this was a research piece dropped by someone that wasn't associate with a group known for shorting stocks.

I feel like SLI is a threat and some big boys are trying to destroy it. Hell, a Koch researcher could've leaked some of this to allow them to buy a bigger share at a cheaper price. Sure did bounce back from $5 to over $6 quickly. Wouldn't be shocked to see it close near even. Time for Koch and the PR firm to earn their keep and see if we get a rebuttal by end of business. May be time for Mintak to go.

why didn't Lanxess sell their shares,

This. Tetra did but they are not a partner. They aren't privy to the info Lanxess is. They have no more knowledge of the situation than we do.

Or maybe we need to keep an eye out on his next project. Buy in early and sell as soon as we can lock in long term gains. Apparently we be Tom Brady rich if we'd been doing that the last 20 years.

Yea, Koch just dropped 100mill. No way they didn't do their DD on that kind of investment

My fantasy this morning while making coffee was that Koch buys the Lanxess brine operations, starts three SLI commerical production lines and plans to build a state of the art battery factory near-by.

I'm out at 6.34. will keep an eye on it to get back in because I have a feeling it gets worse before it gets better.

Probably means Lanxess/SLI announce JV in about a week or so. What was the time lag on the Koch announcement after the BO attack?

Someone commented on SA that Koch also invested $100m into EOSE in July when it was $18/sh. Now it’s trading at $3.70

Shitty morning. Didn’t want to unload but couldn’t risk it. I’ll return with a vengeance if we go under $5

Wanted to be the Smack of that stock and started buying at .30. Down to .16 now and I’m done averaging down anymore.

SLI needs to have the demo plant do actual continual production of battery grade lithium carbonate for the third proof of concept. That would shut down the Shamoos and Hindenburgs of the world. Hindenburg has a short interest and companies that are pre-revenue are juicy targets for that. I'm gonna terminate my fully paid lending for now in any event.

We'll see what the SLI response is today. Hopefully Hindenburg gets its nuts caught in a vice.
