Dammmmn first time I've looked today

I mean ASSUMING this is still on track for 2024 production, the continued increase in lithium prices should more than offset a 1 year delay in production from prior market expectations.
Like it they redid the Tetra and Lanxess PEA's right now, my guess is the combined NPV would be closer to $7-8B based on current lithium prices.
So, if you still believe in the company, could be an amazing opportunity to buy back in later this year if growth stocks continued to get hammered. I would not be shocked if this goes sub $5 before June, but yet could pull a rabbit out of the hat and rip to $15+ if green light finally happens on the JV/FID on 1st plant.

Best guesses on the floor right now given Mintak’s comments that they’re a turtle in a race for the market?
Yep, that's certainly been our concern since the BOA interview. A lot of companies are racing to produce, but our favorite is plodding.

Were you told a timeline on this good news?

Yea I sold 75% of my stock holdings in December in all my growth stocks. Figured this was coming for all my growth stocks with the Fed decisions
I’m just waiting for my buy point. Figure after Mintaks comments I have plenty of time to watch this and get a bargain without a FOMO moment

This is a stupid question that I know the answer to, but Mintak does understand the fricking urgency, yes?

There is a hint of academics in the BOA talk. Academics can talk forever.
Yeah, "turtle in the race" is spot on.

Mintak don’t care bruh
We all fell for the rug pull
ETA: think about it
A fancy Canadian gets a bunch of southern red necks and the biggest republican industrialists to invest in his fake company then he tanks it
Sli is the biggest blow to American conservatism since mail in voting

Anyone own or look at SLDP? Backed by Ford and BMW to an extent.

I'm trying not to buy more, but this thread is really making it hard to resist. In the past, maximum fear here has always predicted bounces, but I don't see what could come that would bounce this right now. SC and Sinema got me feeling pretty damn good about the future right now though.

Yeah I'm a Republican but if I lived in Arizona I might even vote for her. Who would've thought she'd end up being relatively centrist.

Mintak's timid BOA time table has laid an egg today.

Sli is starting to feel like the at moonshot thread at the end of February

The last time he specifically mentioned JV he put out a 2H 2022 Timeline in December I believe. It doesn't sound like the BOA presentation conflicted with that really unless I missed it. I kind a figured this name would be a turd through first half. This would be the time to accumulate if you didn't get out week or so after Koch announcement. I don't need this money I have invested, and I have 50% of my total portfolio value sitting on sidelines right now because I don't want to push more in markets right now, so I don't really need to free up any money. Everyone's situation is different, but I can handle sitting in this one with a lower cost basis than Koch. I've been targeting a 4B market cap in my head based on some of the estimated numbers released, so that's almost 4x from here. Maybe it takes 2-3 years to realize it, but that's still a pretty incredible return over 3 years, and I'm not confident I can get out and back in at the right time. Main fear is competition, but the demand out weighs supply so drastically in lithium there's room for multiple players and their competition in the region isn't showing anything either.
I haven't watched BOA presentation yet, I've been working my life away last month or so; and prepping for a baby coming next month so I have 0 free time.
