I’m thinking we recover to 14 by December and then ancient tiger returns with a new alter early December pumping the new big white boy summer plays (I’m sure whsi will be on the list but he’ll wait til .17 to post it)

've been casually following this thread for a month or so and almost bought last week but I didn't, thank God. Would tomorrow be a good time to get in?
But if you believe the Blue Orca thing is bullshite you should buy along with them. If you believe the Orca deal is legit, leave your money in a mason jar out back.

18.7 million shares traded today. Wow!

Any price below $50 is a bargain. I kid. Do your due diligence. I think it is a good long play but if it hits $6 tomorrow don't crap and sell everything. There are going to be some bumps and bruises along the way.

Mintak needs a GW Bush moment. Climb on top of a SLI branded building, stand defiant, and claim victory. We'll be at $14 before the opening bell.
ETA: Up $0.10 in AH trading.

I also bought Dec calls at 7.50 around 2:00pm. Up 75.47% today!
Gaucho’s WHSI also a good day and helped take some of the sting out of SLI carnage. Thanks Gauch!

I’m kinda hoping it stays down. Hard to do much with a gimp leg, in a deer blind, with shitty cell service. Have to hunt higher ground tomorrow.

The blue orca data may be right. However, consolidated data from a pilot program is totally useless for their purposes. During an industry pilot program you are moving each variable around to determine the operating envelope. A breakdown of their testing would tell a story but lumped together in a quarterly data dump...it is useless. I'm pretty sure SLI is not going to want to share their pilot data, but it should be easy to respond with a comment like what I just shared. The commercial unit running for a quarter will visably define success or failure.

That's an ad, not an article.

What bit said.
Blue Orca don’t know if they’re right or wrong. I’ll give them credit for finding it and laying it out. It was set up perfect for a short attack. And there was a sense of unease on all the boards minus a few diehards.
According to everyone I know, everything has been legit. Delays and minor missteps, but nothing as egregious as lying about recovery rates etc. of course, there may only be a handful of people that really know shite.

I’m disappointed in the lack of response.

So is “dropping the hammer” a buy remark or a sell?
I would assume buy

Lawyers get paid for time spent...lawyers are involved...

I will be stunned if we don't have a response by tomorrow and before market if that.
Given the layers of legal review, I get that a report dropped right before market open would not get a response within 7-8 hours.
My guess is there will be an all nighter and a definitive response in the morning.
Edit: But the takeaway for Mintak and gang is they are now swimming with the sharks. Timely concrete communication of information is paramount. The penny stock occasional storytelling wont cut it (ie no carbon capture fluff piece).
Mintak never pumped which I greatly appreciated, but communication, roadmap is key going forward. Orca is using the lack of clear concise information against them
