Piedmont went from $7 to $70 just based on a Tesla contract and they only have a lease in NC with the locals not wanting to allow a permit.

I sold my brokerage shares at 9.25 because that's what I needed for 20% down on the house we close on next month. Somebody talk me off the ledge!

Can't fault anyone for taking profits but this has potential for $50+ within a year. Price is based on FUTURE eanings and expectations....the upside is out of sight on this.
-Tesla & Ford facilities close w/ cathode capability
-CA eliminating small gas engines by 2024
-Broad adoption of lithium use & skyrocket demand
-All the obvious attributes - domestic, green, faster, cheaper etc
-Still WAY under the radar for the masses and institutional money
-Where else has this risk/reward profile today?

I will be doing this same thing, but in the next month or two. Wife and I will be buying a new house in Nov/Dec.
ETA: she wants me to sell my rental property to use that equity towards down payment. I said no, SLI has other plans for us (hope the JV comes before I need to pull the trigger).
