Yes, roughly. Should come down as lithium prices go up. I doubt lithium will be $12,500/ton in 2025. But they have to be conservative on the PEA's.

I was thinking this PEA would push us close to $10. It still may as investors process how big of a statement this actually is.

Just set a limit at 9.33 trying to gain a couple more.
At least my average is nice in the low 6s.

Understand what you are saying here, but to be clear for other posters - this is simply the NPV for Tetra and assesses zero value to Lanxess deal, other properties etc... and values the intangible asset that would be this method at zero (which is probably the most valuable asset).
