This is my theory.... Dark pool sale yesterday of ~$4M shares at ~$8 might be part or all of financing needed to move up to 40% on the JV. There are some big boys messing with this, both up and down, the past few days. But $8 is some like magical fulcrum right now. Too much of a coincidence.

It's plausible that the Mintak was shopping investors based off a very favorable Tetra PEA report. He just stopped by Cologne to keep his business partners abreast of his intentions.

Also possible that the PEA delay is due to them not wanting to make it public until they've spoken to potential investors.

I just noticed they added the $17.50 strike price on the option chain today. I'll take that as a good sign

Pardon my ignorance. New to the stock game. This thread motivated me to invest in SLI a little bit.
Anyone buying this week with the dips, or is the smarter play to hold what I originally purchased? I'd like to invest more to lower my cost average, but for those of you who are long time SLI investors do ya'll think this gets worse before it gets better?

I think most of us anticipate it going up a dollar or so, maybe more in the very near future.
That said, all of would admit that we don’t have a clue what it’s going to do.
If you want more, I think most of us would advise to buy soon.

Is that legal? I mean unless they’re having all these potential investors sign NDA’s which I guess is possible. You start treading a line on someone trading on non public material information there.

At least we didn’t crater hard at the end like yesterday. Portfolio was up 25% for the month while DOW was down a few percent… I’ll sign up for that every month!

I've said it before in this thread. I highly doubt they hold releases for a specific day/date if it's material to the stock price, as that exponentially increases the chances for insider trading and other shenanigans. When they have PR to release, they should release it regardless the date.

Expectation is that the House will pass the infrastructure bill late tonight, if that happens expect most EV related stocks to go up big time tomorrow.

I’ve got an off Friday tomorrow for the first time in a while. All signs point to a fairly intoxicated night tonight. Ordering pizza for the preggo wife, rented a movie, and got two nice bottles of cab that she can’t really partake in… so…you could say it’s gonna get pretty wild.
