Tesla. I was a skeptic, but they've won me over. And don't forget, they aren't just a car company, they are an energy company. That's why I had them as my pick for next 20 years in that thread instead of SLI. Could see new battery tech by then. I've even pre-ordered my cyber truck. Currently drive an F250 tremor. Diesel guzzling mf'er. I don't give two shits about emissions, but the cyber truck is stainless steel, bullet proof, floats, 500-600 mile range. Gonna be my zombie apocolypse/SHTF vehicle. And the looks? I've gone from WTF? To, I like it and don't give a shite. Trucks aren't supposed to be pretty. And my wife really wanted the cyber quad that will be an option for cyber truck owners.

I set my take profit wayyy too low, but thanks for this advice everyone. Still holding some shares.

Yeah. SLI has exposed most of these analyst for being the hacks they are. I've been trying to weed back through stuff and see who might've been on SLI early. Fox Business is really the only ones to give them any early press. Motley fool can suck a dick. Every damn stock they pick now is well known and way up. They were way better when they were free. Seeking alpha has been the biggest proponent that I've noticed. But even their assessment/DD is lacking. That's why I think retail investors can form their own stock finding group. Boots on the ground. Employees for up and comers, locals like me that know about it and can see progress and confirm it's real. I don't want to jinx it, but I've always dreamed of getting on a company early and riding it to the top. When this came up under my nose, there was no way I wasn't investing. And the more DD I did, the more convinced I was. And just like initially, I still want people to critique/question our DD. Bring knowledge of possible competitors. Easy to get tunnel vision and those rose colored glasses.

Profit is profit. There are no guarantees. Good that you're still holding. Never know, we may get some crazy day and give you a great chance to flip them and gradually rebuild your stack.
Everyone has different goals, needs, and risk tolerance. I never lose sleep over missing top or bottom. Damn near impossible to predict. I've been lucky as shite a few times, but it's luck. And don't let this lead to irrational holds later. I ain't celebrating at all. I haven't made shite yet.

Always think what a coincidence it is that you got in early on Standard Lithium, a company mining the smackover formation in Arkansas and you being from there with the username smackoverhawg well before STLHF was a thing. I think it was meant to be for you. Hope you hold long and get filthy rich

We likely wouldn’t even have heard of this company without him and now there are 25 of us talking about it everyday and saying it’s our largest play. Think how many lurkers there are that are following it also. We’re just the talkative ones.

So, I went to the company website and sent them an email via their generic investor relations email address asking them to send me some company hats and swag. Well, shortly thereafter, Robert Mintak send me an email asking for my address and shirt size. So, I sent him the info, and I asked him if he and Elon could sign the hat if he gets a second. We will see what happens.

I got my father in law to buy some purely on things I would tell him from this board. I think he's in for something like 4000 shares. I also got my cousin to put in around $1000
