They have a contract with Primus Health. Not sure when it's up. After all this COVID and Primus shutting their doors and not doing shite, they may be taking a different path. Not sure what they'll do, but now that they've acquired Aerojet, the local head of health and safety would like to work out something. If they do, I'd think they'd need at least two to three nurses for 800-900 current employees and maybe upwards of 1400-1500 when they finish expansion.

I think you are misreading the press release Balls (or I am).
It starts by saying Tetra has 31,100 acres but 27,500 of those acres are under SLI option for lithium.
It then says "The scope of the exploration target assessment is for bromine in all the approximately 31,100 net acres and lithium for the acreage where TETRA holds 100% of the lithium rights not subject to the option." Ie the numbers do not include our piece (if I am reading that right).
So basically the 10% of the leases we do not have the option on have that much.... the 90% we have is not in it, but common sense would suggest that is atleast on par - so 9 times.
Anyone know the details of the option payments and royalty amounts?

This is how I read it too... so basically 10B in lithium at the low end estimates.
