That seemed quick.

Easy decisions are made fast! This is huge, it’s the beginning of what should be many catalysts for a long run.

I got 200 more right at close today. Probably dumb but couldn’t resist.

SEC just posted approval from the NYSE on the uplisting! Not sure the date it’ll start trading as SLI, but glad to see approval has been cleared!
Up to 7500 shares now

I'm new to all this, so my questions are.....
1. How big is this filing approval?
2. How long would it generally take to see a positive bump from the listing?
3. What price point do you see this thing hitting before it levels off?

I’ll take a shot
1. Big. It opens a whole lot more buying power as many institutions will not invest or allow investors to buy OTC stocks. It also adds to legitimacy of the company as OTC is considered Wild West when it comes to companies financials, auditing etc.
2. We are up 33% from the last consolidation, stagnant area around 3. Some of the bump may be priced in but I’ve got to think we continue to follow trend patterns with new investors at the table about to learn of the company. Less than 1500 total followers on stocktwits. Plenty more buying potential based on people alone learning about the company. We may see a nice steady trickle up
3. Got no clue. I keep saying I’ll take 20% of my holdings out at 10 bucks. But right now 10 isn’t very far away and we really haven’t had a major gap up type move. Lots of catalysts left to run this thing. JV final announcement. Sales contracts with any major players. Revenue. And potential announcements of other JVs based on smoke we are seeing with other companies buying brine wells.
And then the unknown if potential tax breaks being clean lithium. And fomo effects if a TSLA sales contract is announced.

Pretty much the prior reply to this hit the nail on the head. The main thing I would add is that there is no way they would be uplisting to the NYSE if this was a pump and dump and the JV wasn't going to happen.

That was insanely quick. Wow.
Standard must really have their ducks in a row.
Big day(s) coming!!

They do. That's why no hype needed. When you got the nuts, no reason to play up your hand. Border has been open to them for just a bit. No mention of uplisting approval on other message boards that I've found. Until press release, won't get a bump except for those really following. There's a reason I bought 20k extra shares last Monday.

Any link to this? Couldn’t find anything specific to this while browsing.

Ended Down 3.59% in Germany
Posted on 7/8/21 at 7:08 am to Fe_Mike
Germany down 4%.
Granted, the implication isn’t quite as impactful for them, but still would have expected a nice green day over there. Honestly tho, without a PR they probably are mostly unaware anyhow.
Does Standard usually drop news early or wait for opening bell? My guess is it won’t come Friday so if not today, might be Monday before we get a statement.

At least it’s the whole market that appears down today and nothing specific to STLHF

Another near term catalyst to keep an eye on is the PEA of the Tetra site. That should be completed very soon. Not sure if they intend to immediately release those results to the public.
Not as significant as other looming events, but if the numbers come back high enough to impact the market cap projection could be a good kick. We’re just about at my near term price target from December ($4-5). That didn’t include Tetra tho. Curious to see what value that may add.

I sold some TDOC yesterday and a it’s look I picked a good time to do so. It’s already down $13 a share from where I sold. May make a final scoop into STLTH today. Can’t really think of a reason not to unless we expect the price to drop along with everything else that’s melting down.
