I thought the JV was 30% stlhf: "70/30 JV in favor of Lanxess AG with an option for Standard Lithium to achieve 40% subject to attaining certain milestones"

Here is the dip everyone wanted

Extraction has been around for many decades. So, fundamentally, this is not revolutionary in concept. Picking the right reagent and conditions is the magic part. Also, long term, some processes can generate tar like materials that can reduce efficiencies and time between turnarounds. This doesn't seem like it would have that problem:
Standard Lithium has developed a proprietary process called “LiSTR” that uses a solid ceramic adsorbent material with a crystal lattice that is capable of selectively pulling lithium ions from the “tail brine” or waste brine after it has gone through the bromine-extraction step. The ceramic adsorbent materials are mounted in stirred-tank reactors that contain the tail brine. In the second step, the adsorbent releases the lithium for recovery.
A key issue is how clean and effective is the reconditioning of the absorbent.

Got my order filled on that dip

It is. A more favorable split is just conjecture. No facts or knowledge involved

Sell the news. They’ll come back.

COVID restrictions loosened further, conductor delaying departure to allow more people to get on the train.

Back up to $4.10 this morning... that's more like it...

Fading here in the mid-day stretch. Somebody sitting on the ask at $4.02 with 32,000 shares.

$4.02 just hit again.
GL, what platform are you using where you see specific trades, open or fulfilled?

Fidelity. I can’t see level 2 but can see the amount of shares on the bid and ask. I added SLL.V to my watch list there so I can see the Canadian trading as well given what happened there the other Friday with the 2M share trade.

I think Power Etrade shows it too. I don't use it because I prefer the cleaner look and streamlined data, but helpful if you wanna really get into it.
