355 is the loan.
I bought the house for 375 in January and put about 80k in remodels to it (had another home at the time that I took out a heloc on) so not sure what it would appraise for

Thanks guys. Tried calling a couple of you back, but my bank was able to get me to 2.75% on a 30 year with no points and no origination IF I do the bi-weekly payment. Which I’m good with. I appreciate those who reached out, but I’m sticking with that since they have my file and everything drawn up.

If I'm building a second home, does it make more sense to refi a primary residence and pull the difference out of equity (currently at 3.875% and around 10 years from payout) or to finance the second home a new

Finance second home a new. You will get same rate as primary residence

Assuming excellent credit, what are the minimum down payment requirements and current interest rates on new construction second homes?

Daughter went online to get offers on refinancing and has many responses. At this point do you send all your information to just one or several of them in order to lock down a rate? I’ve got a real estate and lending background but I’m not much help on this as I have been retired for awhile. Kids have bought several houses but used preferred lender through her company in the past.

Ellesssuuu,
IF the loan amount is less than $150K, does the rate go up?

we shop several lenders but own send to the one with best pricing. Also we are a direct servicer which means we service a good bit of our loans.
