Bump. Got some good info from previous responses. Almost done with plans and will have a few contractors bid the project. Anybody have suggestions on MS Gulf Coast contractors?

North side of 90 about a mile from the Cedar Point boat launch. Haven’t seen the new places on McDonald. I’ll check it out.
they are saying 12 month wait list which is longer than I would like. Who drew up your plans? Can you email me some information? robatt11@yahoo.com

MS Gulf Coast Contractor Recommendations

Posted by bbatta11 on 11/24/20 at 12:10 pm
Can anyone recommend a residential contractor in the BSL area? I don't have plans yet, so I could also use draftsman/architect recommendations as well. I have plans to contact Garcia & Sons, Benfatti, Thornhill, and Rodney Corr at this point.

I’m looking at building a house on MS gulf coast. Does it make a big difference with the 20’ elevation requirement? I imagine it does.

I’d like a middle of the line semi custom home and have my budget set at $150/ft total under beam.
Land purchase separate.

Would that be possibe?

I'm in the same boat. Curious if you have answers to your questions 15 months later.
