I was just saying I've never had problems at WD on the purchase side of things.

How many can you buy in 1 txn? At Albertsons it used to error out at 3. So 2 was the max.

I'm in there so often I rarely bought more than 1 if ever.
I'm in there almost 3/4 times a week so I don't need to go big.

Teddy,
You could do a card reader such as amazon local or square if you didn't want to go the MO route. Granted, you are cutting into profits through the gc swipe fee but depending on the avenue of gc purchase it may be worth it. However, the card reader will eventually shut you down but you don't have to worry about an SAR.

Square will shut you down faster than you can draw a square.

Ya I did square when they had the first 1500 thing.
I spend enough where I don't need a method for minimum spends. That's not really an issue for me

Don't know whether to call you "lucky" or not. I can't imagine actually spending the amount I ms in a year

Mortgage and student loans = not lucky
My wife and I just got our invites to the Barclay Luxury Cards.
I think we're gonna pass......
BTW, reposting this for the previous poster so it doesn't get lost:

Just by check/auto withdrawal.
Ya, they were decent enough unload methods there for awhile.
I did find out you can pay Navient loans by credit card if you call in, but you have to call in every month.
However, autopay comes with .25% reduction in interest, so we do that.

Same here. Can't justify otherwise. No rewards earning/minimum spending requirement help though..

Personally, I can think of better use of Avios. Plus including bag fees etc., this ticket will average at around 235$ pp rt. Retail usually around $400ish (+ will be mileage earning). Not sure if it is worth spending 20K avios for $165-$200. Could be leveraged for a lot more.

Interesting about navient...my wife is with them but we have the autopay for the .25% reduction.

For everyone trying to go to Italy this year - Emirates offer is back. New York to Milan $899 for 2 in Coach. Deal does 1/27 and valid for travel until November.
Posted on 1/25/16 at 5:23 pm to AmeriKop45
One day I'll be able to get one of these deals. The ones that show up 3-5 weeks before departure are probably never going to work for me, as most of the time we have already used allotted vacation on an award trip or something.
Or, like this deal, we just can't really commit to anything at the moment.
Grrr

I hear you. I would've jumped on the 380$ FULL MILEAGE earning ticket to Ho Chi Minh city this morning. But I have no PTO left past what I've committed this year..

Can someone tell me if 80,000 United points is enough for 2 round trip flights from Nola to Key West? Looks like the route would be MSY-IAH-EYW.
Posted on 1/26/16 at 10:58 am to Dtiger19
Dates for this flight to Key West?
It's questionable whether you have enough miles for two tickets. You can get there for 12.5K miles but the return mileage may be more expensive.
Just log in to the United site, put in your dates and choose award flights.
