Buy DRIP - Here’s Why

DRIP shorts oil exploration companies.
Inverse of XOP that is under all moving averages and has had huge negative divergence on both RSI and volume for months indicating institutional distribution to the masses.
There is a huge head and shoulders topping pattern on crude stretching one year now, also indicating institutional distribution.
We know the ESG / Climate Change cartel wants to try and phase out crude oil exploration.
DRIP or any other ETFs shorting crude oil exploration companies are a win / win in this timeframe we are in.

Oil isn’t going anywhere for a long time.

Less exploration would drive the price of oil higher, not lower

What timeframe? These inverse leveraged ETFs are designed to go to 0

Higher rates = Higher cost of capital = Lower Production = Lower Stock Prices
You can hold Leveraged ETFs for swing trades as long as you get direction right.
Through March 17 quarterly Op Ex is my timeframe.
Good luck in however you trade

The last 2 days are only the start of this monster run

For the life of me I can't understand why so many people feel the need to call for this or that. Nobody knows anything. Just follow the price action and you'll be much better off.

You do you. Momentum trading won’t work in this type of chop fest market.
I play for the turns. I’ve always been a contrarian.
Best of luck.

And that's fine. But there is absolutely no need to guess where the bottom is. If you want to play a mean reversion bounce, let it start to prove itself and then you will have a set risk/reward.

The oil rout is not based on fundamentals but speculation. If rate hikes are paused or cut along with China slowly opening back up I think we will see a quick reversal.
