Looking at buying a cheap condo for gameday in BR. Thinking the next few months would be a good time to strike on it. Would like recommendations for a real estate agent.

Macon Mayeaux is a real baw, Keller Williams. Though I've only bought one home... but he walked me through everything, 10/10 would use him again.

I buy/sell 20+ houses a year and have used dozens of agents through the years.
