AMLP. It’s a pipeline ETF. I had a bunch of pipeline companies but having 4-8 K1s during tax time is stupid. So I sold all my pipeline companies and bought AMLP. 7% dividend and slow capital appreciation. Check it out

Is it me or does chevron scream buy right now?

It is a great stock. If Trump wins the election, we will drill more oil and prices will drop.

Maybe I should increase my investment.
Stock price is up about 10% since I purchased and it pays an 11% dividend.
Insiders (Board Chair and CEO) recently made some very large investments which is usually a good sign.

It's not a stock but NVDY. For stocks, PBR, it averages 17% since I bought it.

ESEA is best at stock price appreciation and yield. It pays a 10.19% yield and has appreciated 61% since I bought it 8/9/23.

I got sick of all of the K-1s every year on all the MLPs I owned so I bought AMZA. It pays monthly and been churning away reinvesting each div.

This is correct. Nothing wrong with BDC’s but they will get hit like any other equity in a market drawdown. And they’re not all created equal. Main Street out of Houston is a nice, smaller BDC. Also, they sometimes get equity along with providing debt to these companies. And it’s not that they’re not IG they’re just smaller and don’t have access to traditional capital markets.

Why isn’t this a more talked about stock on the money board? Did search on here and nothing pops up.

We’ve discussed ZIM in the past which is more of the same. Besides, you got in at the ideal time.
I’ve been researching ZIM and everything I’ve read indicates last year’s shipping significantly over performed, and this year is expected to be unusually weak. Consequently, when dividends are weak people dump the stock, and the share prices tend to be extremely volatile and prone to free falls.
Then there’s the whole ADR issue. With ZIM people tend to dump it before the ex div or buy it the day after just to avoid the 30% Israeli tax withholding.
