For those who’ve recently shopped rates for a new auto, which lenders had the best rates? And what rate did you get?

Haven’t looked recently but i usually go with a credit union.

Advancial is 3.41 for 5 years.

I've done a couple loans and a credit card through them. Their rates are pretty damn good on both!

Just two weeks ago I got 2.74% for 60mo offered by my credit union. GM matched it.

NAS JRB Credit Union in Belle Chasse currently has 1.5% for new autos. Lease ended on wifes car last month and we financed at 2.0%.

USAA offered me 1.89 in November, dealership matched it.

Your local credit union will probably have the best rate. Saw a limited time 1.49 at mine

I got 2.95% on a used vehicle for 60 months through carmax.

New cars are usually significantly better.

Very rarely have I not financed with the manufacturer/dealer

I got 0% on my Mazda about 16 mos ago.

Wife got 1.5 with Hyundai about 12 mos ago.
