Anyway it looks like the SA was released today to tamp down the market reaction to the ongoing growth in prescriptions.
That's annoying but doesn't change the increasing intrinsic value of the company

They've been doing prescheduled sales all year that they arrange ahead of time.
No insiders have bought or sold on the open market since Q1. The article speaks to people who don't know the company well, and it's extremely dishonest.

Typically these are people who have ongoing tax harvesting sales scheduled well in advance.
If you see an insider sell all their shares or have a company with high salaries but low stock ownership those would be different situations that would be indicators not to invest

I have sold CC's on most of my shares with strikes between $22 and $37 and getting nice premiums. If they sell may invest quite a bit in ALBO.

I just have a starter position in ALBO. probably add about 3X more shares. Have 2 calls expiring Friday and one will probably be assigned. Most calls are for 10/15 with one more for 1/21/21. AUPH is one of my top 3 holdings per value right now but not in my top 10 in how much I have invested.

I just have a hard time imagining us going up 25% to 50% more without buyout news. so my guess is they expire worthless but the volatility and price action probably made some folks money already.
The options ladder guy i read last night explained they didn't expect to run up to $25. short interest needs to be around 30% to create the feedback loop and is at like 17%
