Friendly advice. If this thing gets a rumor a huge pump, don't hold for an extra 10% on actual CHANCE buy out is better than the rumor pump.
Lots of people got hosed the last round hoping for a buy out 50% more than rumor pump.

I certainly learned my lesson.
By the way, buyout is guaranteed now that I recently sold two covered calls.
Probably gonna lose them at $10 and $12

I also have a 10 and 12 CC's 12 for March, 10 for April and 2- 12's for April. I also have 3 cash covered puts for march that I will keep the premium. Hoping not to lose more than one but the other 3 could be exercised. That is less than half my shares so I am satisifed.

Thankfully I have 2 CSPs and 2 Jan calls with a $1.95 avg to offset the 2 CCs.
Received premiums of $136 and $100 so it’s more like selling them for 11.36 and 13.00
I can live with that after $4s in December!

I consider myself lucky the way this game has played out for me. In the last year I have collected 1.4K in premiums on CCs and Puts without buying or selling any shares and have kept my 1K shares stake so I am playing the game with house money. If the CC's sell I am happy because it has been an excellent ride.

Since FDA approval in Feb 2021, how many BO rumors by betaville, Bloomberg, etc? I can remember 4…I’m sure there were at least 2-3 more. I’m not holding my breathe anymore…I’ll believe it when it actually comes to fruition.

Stock price went from $20 to $10 after ER early March 2022. My calls lost probably 80% value in 1-2 days. I was holding on for a miracle buyout that never materialized.

The thing I liked , was after one of top dogs sold a bunch of shares, and it was reported on a Friday morning, the stock took a beating, but came back strong the next week.
