I feel like here in DFW it is a market waiting for good snoballs and not all these shaved ice bs. The one we went to is an established small building, but they didn't even have a dome cap, just level with the top of the cup.

I'm researching now what I need to get to be able to start next spring. We'll see if it pans out.

Deep freeze and filtered / distilled water.

Start cheap, if it goes well buy the block maker.

I think I've been to two in DFW that were solid but they used the sno wizard machine which is the key. I would really do your research on competitors.

I actually remember a poster asking about doing this very same thing in DFW.
