The chance of this being what they hoped in this July-August tests is slim. They are filing for a plethora of patents. Renting these patents out may become a generous revenue stream in the future.
A successful test, with some positive results, followed by a Nasdaq uplist, with a spike to tree fiddy would be prime exit time.

Does anyone have ties to texas tech? I feel like they name drop them a lot someone connected should call and figure out if the collaboration is real

They are making a big deal about the new building they are building, and setting up shop nearby during construction. It does not say if the temp shop nearby is a UPS store post office box again. They did say they will have several independent Sheldon types there, to observe and verify any results. This may be the biggest PR pump and dump ever, but it may be legit. They have some big names calling the shots.

It doesn't take a whole lot of money to invest in American Fusion. I do wish I had bought in when it was .0001. Then it wouldn't hurt so bad when the reverse split comes.

I’m not sure why texas tech would agree to test for them if they didn’t have anything
Also the texas tech science deans play in this is that his company owns all this nuclear testing stuff and then has this deal where they test gas wells for he3 and if your well has he3 you get a big check. The texas tech dean guy is on the board of American fusion as of a couple months ago
Maybe it’s all a scam but I assume the texas tech guy would at least get fired if it was a complete scam.
ETA: I can’t buy spyr because it’s on expert market but you could get like 10 million shares for 2 grand. That’s how cheap amfn was a year ago. The amfn ceo also owns spyr and will probably reverse merger it with something
