I sure hope it wasn’t from any of the pessimism I spewed.

I still think this looks like a P&D. But I also thought with a sub $.3 cost basis we were in before the P.

man...sorry but thats brutal.
why would you sell 7000 shares on a .02 dip?

I convinced myself it was a P & D and just wanted to get out. I like to be a long term shareholder in my holdings.

They filed a S-1 this morning detailing intentions to sell 50 million shares. Revenue is expected to be $10 million with the sale. There is considerable detail in the S-1, but it seems to indicate they are using it for future salaries and project work.

Could this also be a driver? It seemed to dip about the time of the filing, but climbed up later in the day.

Trying to "read the tea leaves" with this. Does it mean they are more long term focused than we initially thought? Or am I just being to hopeful/optimistic?

RECITALS

B.The Parties would like to amend the Purchase Agreement to increase the amount of a Request that the Company may make under the Purchase Agreement.

looks like an amendment from an older filing agreed on September 28 on December 18th. It was at .40 (the 18) then. Maybe they didn't think it would shoot up so they are amending it now ?

They had a hit piece on it from seeking alpha. The author of it has a what appears to be a conflict of interest since his profile states
quote:

Tim Worstall is a wholesaler of rare earth metals and one of the global experts in the metal scandium.

I believe this wouldn't be good for his business ?

I read the alpha article and had the exact same thought, that it was a hit piece to slow the momentum.

Didn't research the authors history or motivation, good find.

Maybe it will settle today with the shorter trade day, cooler heads will prevail next week and it will make another run.

I'm still holding for now.

Yes, watching closely hoping to avoid deep cuts from a falling knife. Seems to have tested a new high and retreated a touch from there.

Don't be surprised if this stock is trading around 20$ in a year or two.

That's the first I have heard a number that high, can you say why you think that?

I would be totally shocked at anything to far beyond $3.00 in the next 12 months. Not saying you are wrong...

Lol, I've heard 50$. I don't think it gets that high though. They will have a huge part of the lithium battery recycle market once they are up and running. It is presently all hype surrounding this company. Then wilth all the ties to tesla and etc. The CEO is crazy smart, and I think will probably take over that entire market. With good ERs after they get up and running, the hype alone will push it to that point.

All my opinion obviously. And this is not a DD post, more of an overall opinion.

Yeah. Was down 25% early then seems to have settled between a 10-15% retreat.
Appears to be a trend the last week, two days of gains (Thursday and Monday) followed be a day of retraction (today).

Hopefully it holds serve, people take some profit, and trends up to close the week.

First post on Dec. 1 at $0.24. Now it is sitting at 1.47. I missed that rocket sled, but it sure looked sweet.
