Pssh. He'll ride the pine behind Perriloux.

He should just play anyway. It will take the NCAA at least 5 years to determine whether or not he had committed an NCAA infraction and decide he wasn't eligible. They may take the win away from us but we'll all know who the real winner was. Too bad the Heisman votes have already been cast or we could go ahead and throw his name in that ring too.

your friend is correct. Everyone knows that college players are free to play with another team in the same season once their season's over.
Sources also say he'll get the start in the Cotton Bowl and should take 90% of the snaps.

My friend told me that if I jump off the roof and flap my arms, that I'll fly away. I was calling bs on this, but I'm wondering if this is true.

After what happened to Copeland, would not be surprised.
This is completely off-topic but did Copeland end playing enough to burn his red-shirt?

Should be changed. If the minutes don't add, you should keep your redshirt.

It is quite clear that you nor your friend has ever played football. You are both idiots.

Even he if could, which he can't, it would burn an entire year of eligibility, and that would be incredibly dumb.

Unfortunately Cam Newton is transferring to A&M to help them out first. Then he will transfer back before the championship. With the advent of online transfers and no limit on teams you can play for in a year, this is very possible. I think I have the same friend.
