Disagree all you want. Fine by me. Especially since I have no intention of giving you the actual reason for why all three ended up hurt.

Ok then.......Never had an issue w/ you but to just SAY this and then give no explanation behind it.....is just typical ranting.

TJ injury is serious and I would err on the side of PM knowing how to coach these kids and proper training.....if that's not the case, I SERIOUSLY doubt PM would be where he is today.

So...pardon my skepticism

Do you commonly believe what people say without wanting them to back it up? You voted for Obama didn't you?

It seems that you are insinuating that these injuries were caused by something that the LSU coaches did with these pitchers? Am I reading that right? Do you think that the coaching staff is overworking the pitchers, or doing something else to contribute to these injuries, or are you saying that these injuries are not "freak" injuries because they are now more common for all programs. Not hating, I just want to try to understand your position, since you will not give specifics.

Can we play the "hot" or "cold" game as we guess?

What's the point to even post it if it's not gonna be backed up? Nobody is gonna believe it without some reasoning so why even bother??

I'd be willing to bet that years of travel baseball that has kids playing 60-70 games in a 5 month period has a lot to do with the arm injuries occuring not just here, but all over the country

Bingo !

I have a 12 yr old with a big arm. he plays C but pitches also. had to pull him off a select team (USSSA AAA) b/c the coaches were over using his arm.

I'm far more worried about Lee hurting his arm pitching the year he is scheduled to start at quarterback for LSU and having to have Tommy John's surgery or something. That what scares me more than anything else.

If you've followed my history enough you'll probably believe it without me going into specifics. But again I don't really care if you dismiss it our not. You seem to not be understanding that.

It's cool if you can't or won't give specifics.

I pitched and here's what I know.

Elbow injuries usually occur because of one of two things:

1. Throwing breaking balls when fatigued. The tendons become weakened when fatigued and pressure created by the pitch motion create a separation or tear.
2. Throwing too hard too soon when warming up.

thinking back on last season, I posted several times that I thought PM was leaving guys in too long. That may have created scenarios when relievers had to warm up very quickly and could have led to some of the elbow problems... but I am NOT questioning Coach PM or the staff in general. I'm just giving some insight from my own experiences.

I guess I don't understand it. It's like going to talk to a brick wall but you don't care you are going to do it anyway? Save your breath/time next time and just dont bother.
