1st off, Glen is a douche

2nd:

quote:

"I woke up about eight, ran some errands, went to Dunkin' Donuts, came over here (to the football facility), watched some film with my coffee," Mettenberger said Monday night. "About 11, I went to lunch, came back and watched film until practice. It's just like if I was a coach or in the league (the NFL). I'm up here doing my homework, which is football pretty much."

He's literally eating and sleeping football with his new offensive coordinator Cam Cameron, who was in "the league" as an offensive coordinator for 10 of the previous 11 seasons.

He prolly isnt even doing that class if true.

Was talking to a former football player who had classes with shaq. Said he would go to first day of class and test days.

Not the class I had with him. He was there for every class except if they were playing out of town.

So I'm reading the article and thinking to myself..."You know, this writer sounds like he has some huge problem with this. He sure sounds like a snide a-hole."

Then I got to the end and saw Guilbeau wrote it.

Thanks for making me provide that fricking hack with a click...

It depends on how many hours he would need to get a degree in any given semester. The fall that I graduated I needed six and when I tried to enter the stadium for the first game I had to prove that I was indeed a full time student with those six and an audit course just for something to avoid absolute boredom.

Maybe GG should read up on what it takes to graduate college these days. Should Mett be punished for putting in work to have an easy senior year?

Question......why does GG have such a problem with BR and LSU??

Did his only gf of his youth cheat on him with a football player and he walked in??

He sounds like a man ate up with penis envy from an unfulfilling youth.

Probably BMOC 101.

More power to him. Live and breathe football this year.

I've been telling all of my friends...this could be a VERY special year for our Tigers.

Feels like '03 to me. Nobody expects us. We have many players already in place.

Mark my words...there will be a couple of players that come out of nowhere to shine on the national stage.

I have a few in mind but I'll keep them to myself for right now. Because you just never can predict it. Just happens. Nose for the ball or can't be consistently stopped. Can't be arm tackled, can't be blocked.

I'm PUMPED!

Haven't felt this way for a long time.

Just 1 class during your final season. For college athletes, this is the way to go!

Maybe your friend wasn't in class. I had a class with Shaq, and like the other poster said, he was pretty much there every day, except when the team was traveling.

Well, he was pretty much run out of town from The Advocate when Nick took the Bama job.

Absolutely not. If all he needs is those hours to graduate, he has earned the right to do it. No secret that you can take less than 12 hours if thats all you need. Hes obviously taken care of business to get in that position.

to GG

This is newsworthy though from the angle that Zach, mentally, has the opportunity to prepare wayyyyy more than other college qbs now
