I am not assuming anything. The PD are asserting several things. It gave them probable cause to obtain a warrant and DNA
I have said a dozen times, as a parent I hate this for JJ. I am a Lee fan, but wanted him to earn the spot ala of Tenn, Fla, Bama, Troy, Aubie, etc. No 20 yr old should be in this predicament

He isn't assuming JJ did the kicking. He is stating a fact that the alleged victim is claiming to have been kicked by Jefferson, and the video clearly shows he was kicked by someone. Witnesses say it was JJ, other witnesses say it wasn't. They aren't going to drop the case because the video isn't clear enough to tell exactly who it was. The video backs up part of the alleged victim's story, so they will continue to look for other evidence that proves who it was.
It really isn't that difficult to understand.

it wouldn't concern me one bit if JJ did not tell his dad the truth in a private conversation. now if he said this to the police then i would have issues.

Thx for the analysis but does which foot actually matter? Couldnt ANY person use either foot to kick someone regardless of being right or left handed?
i would think that your natural instinct would be to use your dominant side.
of course you wouldn't convict on such a thing but it caught my eye.

I said this in an earlier post:
JJ is right handed. When he does his "kick the door" open thing after he runs for a TD, he does so with his right foot.
The kicker here kicks with his left foot.
