You don’t get to remove the 5 stars from the equation and say there are no 5 stars.

That's not what I said. Try to keep up.

He said loaded with 4 and 5 star talent. I disagreed.

Again, I was in the camp that didn't want to promote O.
Awesome. So you didn’t want the guy who won the Fiesta Bowl, Peach Bowl and National title while producing the greatest team ever and the greatest player in LSU history within 3 years.

Yes, Campbell was the guy I liked the most. Amongst others.
And you wanted a guy who’s 33-27 in the shitty big 12 instead - who was coming off a 3-9 season.

But he really won big going 8-5 last year in the big 12.

Didn’t Orgeron play the big 12 champion last year? How’d that game go?

Not sure where you are going with this, but this is different than your comment that we started with.

First we had a secondary full of 4 and 5 star talent, now the entire secondary hasn't panned out.

My point is that the results do not jive with the talent on the roster. There has to be something horribly wrong with the coaching when a team with LSU's talent level has the worst pass defense in the country.

Meanwhile, a guy with 50th ranked recruiting classes has his team leading the Big 12. Same guy turned down a job offer from Bill Belichick to become the HC at Iowa State.

It would make far too much sense for the powers that be at LSU to even consider it.
It would make sense to spend 20 million dollars in buyouts to fire a staff the year after the greatest season ever? To hire a coach that lost to ULL and is 33-27 in a weak big 12?

fricking clowns are out and about today

Our secondary coaches have been the same for 3 seasons. Our secondary was incredible last season, and for many years prior.

What are you implying?

Yea, it's a bit ridiculous.

Campbell is a far better coach than O. It's sadly not even close.
Based on what metric? Literally name 1

I'm not implying anything. I'm stating flat out that we have the worst passing defense in the country. Our HC hired a DC who hadn't called a defense in 13 freaking seasons. These are the results. That isn't just a questionable decision. It's flat out idiotic on its face. What will his next big decision be?

Hate to be the one to break this to you, but the actual coach that lead LSU to the greatest season in the history of college football is calling plays in the NFL.

Our current coach lost to Troy with the future #1 overall pick at QB.

Players still have to make plays. The coaches have responsibility as well, but players are blowing their assignments.

I think lack of talent at safety and linebacker is the main problem. When Todd Harris is getting substantial playing time, I don't care who the DC is.

Name 1.

Coach O is 42-39 without Brady.

Coach Campbell is 68-42 with half the amount of talent.

I can keep going. It’s pretty easy.

As others have pointed out, LSU lost to Troy before Burrow was here.

Also, you can't give Orgeron no credit during a good year, but all the blame in a bad year.

LSU got way better with Brady and much worse the minute he left.

For Orgeron, that is including 2 interim gigs, which is completely dishonest and meaningless.

Maybe it’ll be to hire a Joe Brady, or recruit a Joe Burrow or a Cole Tracy, or Patrick Queen, or Grant Delpit or Jamar Chase or Justin Jefferson or Derek Stingley or Arik Gilbert or BJ Oulijari or Klavon Chaisson or Llyod Cushenberry

Who knows.

You can keep going with numbers that you have to skew to fit a dumbass narrative? Wow you’re really impressive.

God what a moron. Congrats you’ve proven that you wanted Matt a Campbell over Ed Orgeron. Thank god for us that your not in charge of anything
