Time for the Wade nut huggers to admit we may have another good one.
LSU wins a basketball game and the first thing you do is run to the rant to start a thread to bring up Will Wade.

Stupid people resort to name-calling instead of backing up their arguments. You called MM a bum in another thread. What makes him that?
You asked what my problem was with the win when I said nothing about having a problem with the win. It was stupid
I don’t need to backup shite. I don’t care about whatever argument you’re trying to get involved in

I have nothing to contribute but “nut huggers” cracked me up

I thought he pushed all the right buttons today - to me the best call he made of the night was late in regulation down 2 I think, the trap out of nowhere on their point guard to get it out of his hands and he turned the ball over. Had not done that the whole game, at least not the part that I saw which was about the last 10 minutes of the first half and most of the second.
I've had issues and questions here and there on CMM, but I think he did well tonight and has his most talented cast of players. I want only the best for him and the Tigers.

CMM seems to mix it up. Probably goes by feel. You really don’t want to call time out if you the other team on their heels.
It's always a big debate here. I always have been and always will be a guy who does not want to use the t.o. in these last possession situations unless there are special circumstances.
All teams practice these end game situations over and over, plus you don't allow the other team to situationally sub their best defenders in and match up, or run a new defensive twist at you. Get them on their heels and run the best set of what you've been practicing in those situations.

You can like your new coach without pretending the Will Wade era wasn’t your overall best era since Dale Brown.
Its way past time for every discussion of McMahon to not involve Will Wade, positively or negatively.

The Wade lovers just have to wipe Wades jizzz out of their eyes so that they can read your message. Wade was a horrible coach. Team played shite defense , and his offense was more remedial than my sons 8 year old team.
Somewhere out there is an absolute moron that goes by the username LSUDAN1 who’s losing his mind because McMahon coached the team to a quality win today.

McMahon is a MUCH better coach than Will Wade.
Please don't embarrass yourself.
Wade won the SEC his second year and made the tourney every year after that.
First year at McNeese, made the tourney.
Last week McNeese played, at Alabama, to a close loss and out scored Bama in the second half.
Mac may prove to be the better, more consistent program builder. We will see

Brady had the best team and made the final four

You only have so many timeouts

Wade couldn’t then and still can’t coach. Watch his teams and they cannot run an offense to save their lives!

He made the tournament 4 times in 11 seasons, one of which had that run.
Wade made the tournament 4 years in a row (would have if not for cancellation). Overall more consistent.

Wades problem was he couldn’t do shite in march.

This statement…
Invalidates this opinion
In three of Wade’s 5 seasons at LSU he had top 15 offenses…nationally. Two of those years were in the top 5. Those weren’t just “good” offenses. They were elite offenses. That doesn’t happen at the D-1 level by “not knowing how to run an offense to save his life.” It was LSU’s terrible defenses that limited what should have been better success. Just because it didn’t look like the offense of a team of 5 scrappy white kids all under 6’2 with 5 mandatory passes before a back cut doesn’t mean it’s wasn’t an elite offense. In fact, the objective numbers said just the opposite.
This thread really shouldn’t be a Wade pissing match at all. But if you are going to make it one at least have an opinion that’s even remotely supported with actual facts
