We have the one of the best pitching staffs in the nation and some special players.

They're a top 15 team in the country, top 20 at worst. Problem is they're 7th or 8th best in the SEC.

It's going to be tough to be a regional host this year.

Nah, brah. The usual idiots have already started screaming for Mainieri to be fired. They know baseball's here.

Personally, I'm ready to watch Cole Henry deal filth.

No, we're not, we know exactly who they are. They will win big games during the season and lose to teams they shouldn't have, then build momentum to regionals and lose out. This has been the pattern for a while now.

Not sleeping on the team. Just no faith in CPM.

fans are jaded right now. hell, no one seems to have any confidence that we will have enough pitching after the last couple of years of multiple injuries. we have a lot of new position players and may have to resort to starting a SS that just can't hit shite.

I look forward to the season's start and I hope for the best but this is the most pessimistic I've been in a long time. PM's a good coach but it's been a long time since he's put it all together.

For those of us who DO NOT follow LSU baseball during football and basketball season, is there a PREVIEW of LSU BASEBALL out there somewhere on the RANT!

Thanks

Well it’s a good thing we have a loaded pitching staff this year. If they stay healthy, we can do some damage in SEC play and in the postseason this year. Having lots of pitchers who are good is the key in college baseball today

We've lost in the regionals one time since 2014, and 2018 was the year after going to the college world series championship and replacing our entire team. At least pretend to know what you're talking about
