Yahoo has never done anything good to LSU. Not sure why they started now . I’ll let y’all tell me how it is.

I think you may start getting a lot of the talking heads coming out in defense of LSU over the next few days. People like Saban carry a lot of weight. You start having those media types bringing up the obvious the LSU and LK never rostered the players the tide May start to turn on Sankey.

That's what the SEC is trying to convey here: Not only are we willing to enforce rules to the point of kicking LSU out of the conference, but we'll also get an injunction in federal court that blunts all the local judges and temporary restraining orders at the point of attack.
So does this mean they’ll rule Chambliss ineligible or will they just pick and choose again which rules to enforce? They can’t be this stupid?

I disagree with the last line - I can disagree with them trying. Because their case against LSU is extremely weak for everything that is publicly known right now.

It’s obvious to everyone that the SEC is hypocrites of the highest order and subjectively punishes or excuses certain schools based on whims. I don’t see how LSU wouldn’t have tons of legal recourse if they are kicked out.

My favorite quote from this article;
There are not enough eye-rolls in the world to square the SEC's righteous anger at LSU and the actions of every other member school at one point or another.

Greenberg and Jordan Rodgers took LSU's side days ago on ESPN with Finebaum just smirking in the background on the screen there. I think ESPN might put the pressure on the SEC because when you want to expel the 6th most watched team in college football from a conference that ESPN has a big contract with, that is a money deal for the network.

The Tigers are good enough that one LSU staff member quipped on Tuesday, "I would get rid of us too if we played like that in our first game."
