I don’t think Dutton pitched bad there. There is nothing wrong with a pitcher that pitches to weak contact

I will say some speculating he may start one of the two midweek games next would make sense for a brief appearance tonight. Kade obviously gets one of those but probably Johnny Wholetsff the other one and Cam seem like a good candidate as any to pitch in that other one. I doubt we burn up any higher level weekend pitching that 2nd midweek game.

Is the mercy rule in effect? Assuming it is, score 4 or more runs, put Ulloa in, and finish this bad boy.

Manda is way too greasy for gumbos and jambalayas but alright in a boil.

I would really hate it if Jones reached base.

I would hate it even more if he hit one 420' ( ). That would piss me off so much I'd probably have to turn the game off.

This dude just said Jared Jones is number 54.

Turns out it's the opposing pitcher that's number 54.

Yes, they aren't moving him to weekend in 1st SEC series. With 2 midweek games I'm sure Jay wants Kade to secure 1 of those safely. Hurd will go tomorrow and maybe if they can save Coleman he may start thr other midweek game though too. Even though I don't think they believe Coleman can be a 4-5 inning guy right now.
