I broke a mans jaw, eye socket, and cheek bone and the sentence was reduced to simple battery which is what i see happening for these guys if convicted.

Which is why I laugh at the 2nd degree battery charge in this case

Any one have any idea why they are now meeting with the police. I thought their attorney had said he usually advises his clients to not give any additional info to police if they may be charged?

I would assume its hard to tell your side if you keep quiet.

Just a thought

I would imagine that is doubtful since I believe the fb team would rather everything just get swept under the rug.

i thought they said they were never at the bar

A guy in the stickied thread said 10 players are being interviewed.

I wonder if Mr. Wing is one of them.

i'd say if the po-po want to "talk with you" and you postpone it a day, you best not postpone it twice. besides, the Shady Four can just sit there with their lawyer and say "no comment" or whatever.... but they do need to at least be there and give some semblance of cooperation.
I thought it was established they would be called "Les Miserables'"?
Guess I wasnt there for the end of the voting

I am sure Fisher will threaten to press charges against some of the "victims". No way all 4 of those guys didnt intstigate or push or throw any punches.

Bruce Lee never advocated kicking a man in the head who was down on the ground. You should read his tao.

Original story was marine was just walking by innocently

ETA; also hasn't it come out that the 4 all knew each other? The way it was portrayed friday was the marine was a hero coming to strangers aide. If he knew them it seems more likely he did more than try to break up a fight.

Fights rarely happen b/c one group just wants to beat on another group.

I'm wondering if all the food the lady is carrying behind them is a peace offering, or she just thinks Davenport may need a snack.

Then heroically ran in trying the pick the guy up and put him back in his truck. Then he was viciously attacked.

Yeah apparently he wasn't at the bar and wasn't drinking...just coming to pick up a friend. What a great guy.

The police station. I don't think they typically come to you in this situation.

The cavalier attitude exhibited here towards violence, breaking rules and telling lies is disturbing and puzzling.
