I'm not particularly commenting on this case because they're only a few who know the actual facts. I do know from personal experience tho, unless the charges are completely bogus, the police absolutely will make arrest and let the DA figure it out from there.

This lashing out certainly makes you wonder whether they are planning a plea or not. Makes you think NO.

Don't know how it will fare out, but the BRPD's actions in this case have been despicable. No other way to put it.
Hopefully Fisher will impact the police chief's career in a very appropriate way.

Blame the popo, who in a case involving a high profile figure like JJeff, really did everything possibly to be vague and not have to charge him. They have evidence that he kicked a downed much smaller person in the head. He was criminal and may plead down, but he is being treated like anyone other idiot who fought like he did would be treated. Stop the BS! What did the police do wrong?

FWIW, everything in your post Fisher said is completely irrelevant to this case specifically and anything else other than public opinion.
FWIW it's not, but keep thinking that. Public opinion/jury is the biggest thing if the case goes to trial.

Your right they were terrible. Never have I seen them wait so long to bring charges against people that were in a fight. Usually the next day or next but surely not a week. They showed favortism to LSU and it's players. The Team sweep "broom" did pretty good.

I have a feeling Fisher is gonna chew the BRPD up and spit them out. He's an extremely good attorney.
