He can get a waiver. Usually granted when coach is fired. I think.

Yes, he would have to apply and be granted a waiver. The waiver would most likely be granted though. Just like Trae Hannibal needs a waiver and will prob get it

If players really want to transfer and become immediately eligible, they pretty much can regardless of the situation. They’ll grant anything it seems like.
You usually only see players transfer at most twice and they use the one time transfer and grad transfer waivers. But the ncaa would probably even grant things beyond that. There are no rules imo. Just the perception of rules.

He may have graduated too. You can transfer agsin under the grad transfer rule
