Brady. 3-0 with Brady.

You don’t fail to convert in red zone with Brady.

You don’t go 0-10 on 3rd downs.

Bo is bad but even as bad as he has been Our offense had chances to win. Brady stepped on your throat when he had chances.

3-0 is he is calling plays on 3rd down and Red Zone.

I’m not blaming the offense lol

I’m saying I’d rather score nearly every possession than be inconsistent on offense with an average defense

If the offense was as good as people thought, you’d be blowing shitty teams out with a +6 turnover margin.

State and Vandy are 2 and 4 in the SEC in pass defense currently and we're completely one dimensional

We don't have one of those.

Aranda, no question.

This is like 98 when Dinardo kept blaming the offense instead of Tepper and the drop linebacker.

This is a hypothetical thread where if Aranda was the DC. The defense would go from atrocious to average given the personnel

Aranda the DC, but possibly even moreso, Aranda the LB coach. They are the weakest of three tiers of weak links on defense

They give you extra possessions, but allow Touchdowns on every possession that isn't ended by turnover, excluding Vandy.

His "worst" defense while here was last year's at 31 in total defense. He never fielded an average defense while here.

He’s never lost 10 starters on defense in an offseason either.

I’m an Aranda guy. Just trying to be realistic here.

Brennen has played well but this team does NOT have a leader like Joe was.... we would be 3-0 if just Burrow was here....

Aranda is the obvious answer. The O isn’t perfect but the D is the worst I’ve ever seen.

Aranda. No hesitation, not a moment of doubt.

Take one step back and think about this statement:
If we hold teams to 33 points or less, we're undefeated.

Our offense is NOT clicking on all cylinders, we're not converting 3rd downs well at all. Things could be a LOT smoother. And yet, even with that, we've scored 34, 41, 41. Our QB is averaging 370+ yds a game and throws 3-4 TDs a game.
That's pretty fricking good, to consider it needs a lot of work.

All I can go off of is what he's done, and history says he will field an above average defense while at LSU.

Neat. The defense is still the biggest issue.

Brady doesn’t want to coach college.

Burrow would only be for a very limited time.

I would rather have Aranda back, even if it meant as HC.

If you know where we can find an average defense, can you let coach O know?

I didn’t say it wasn’t.... Burrow would not have made the mistakes brennen did in game one AND we would have scored with a 1st and goal against Miz if it would have even come down to that. Plus IF Burrow would have been able to come back, Chasr doesn’t opt out.

Neat. This thread is about what would help the most. And Aranda is the clear answer.

All I can go off of is in 2020 CFB, I want the QB with the best single season ever. Especially with the weapons LSU still has.
