If we lose only 2 more games considering how bad the start was that would be amazing.

One more loss would be a epic turnaround

do you still get incredibly angry to the point that it ruins your weekend, or is it just a shrug off?

I stopped being that way about 7-10 years ago. This game right here (pic below) cemented me making my mental health a priority over a game played by 18-22yo young men. I enjoy it when the going is good, move right along when it isn't.

I mean, upset? No. But the season still counts for me and the results matter. The coaches are still getting paid for the year, right?

We lost to State and Mizxou. We want to pull our QB who set records as a three game starter.

I am past numb

I’ll take 3-7 if that win is Bama

Now that would make me upset. And should make anyone upset.

Sage Ryan to Bama

I’m worried that’s why we’ve picked up another safety. Apparently that dude clocked a 10.97 100 meter which is really fast though. Not that I don’t think we need Sage, would love to get him as well.

nope, rebuild year and this season has an asterisk because of the covid.

I agree 100%. I thought that was a little frustrating to watch us lose to Mississippi State the way we did but we also have a ton of inexperience, no spring training, new coordinators, and then abbreviated offseason in terms of fall practice. I realized right away that we we're going to have a rough season but considering eligibility doesn't even count the season I feel like this is the best possible chance for rebuilding. I'm stoked to watch them develop. Obviously I would like to know if they won more than they lost but either way this season is a wash for everyone and every team

unless we were undefeated and in contention for a national championship then it wouldn't have an asterisk

If we beat Auburn....5-5. If not, 4-6.

Losses hurt, but if the recruiting on the defensive side tanks (losing Ryan, Smith, Foreman, etc) Pelini must be fired immediately. You can’t rebuild if recruiting drops off.

every other team has the same thing (although our inexperience is greater, but still, our elite recruiting means we have far more talent that nearly every team we play, and certainly far more than Miss State, Vandy, and Mizzou).

Talent still needs time to practice and needs experience. Talent alone isn't much without teaching and fundamentals.
