Take the starting 11 and give them 1 NFL off-season, would they be competitive in year 1?

Offensive tackle would be an extreme weakness and overall the running game would be very weak as well.

They would be like the '72 Miami Dolphins.

As much as I love Thad Moss and Sullivan, neither of them are good enough to start at TE in the NFL. Also the OL would be a huge weakness.

The O-line would get absolutely mauled. They wouldn’t be as good as the Bengals offense currently

No. The Oline would get caved in every play.

A lot of pieces of that offense are crushing NFL competition Would be interesting to see how the line held up.

With a good staff, they could be pretty damn competitive.

Weakest spots on the team are both of the lines. The defensive back field is pretty incredible, and the skill positions speak for themselves

Edit: Just the offense in the hands of the right OC would be a very very good offense in the NFL, even with the oline deficiencies

Burrow would never be able to get a pass off, DL would be on him in less than two seconds.

No, that offensive line would be worse than the Bengals offensive line.

No. Just no. It is a much higher level. High School teams can't compete with bad college teams. College teams can't compete with bad NFL teams.

Several O-linemen from 2019 LSU play in NFL (Lewis, Ingram, Deculus). May be others...

The Tigers' offensive line won the Joe Moore Award as the nation's best offensive line unit.

Mauled...? Not so fast.

Let's be honest, Burrow won that award for them.

What? I think 4 of them are starting in the NFL now.

Saahdiq Charles (Commanders)
Cushenberry (Broncos)
Damien Lewis (Seahawks)
Ed Ingram (Vikings)

This is a little ridiculous seeing the amount of NFL talent on LSU's offense that year. They wouldn't do what they did to college competition, but they'd be better than the fricking Bears are right now.

Fact! He killed blitzes b/c he knew where to go with the ball pre snap. Any other qb would have been killed with that line
