I've had season tickets since 1980, Miami in 1988 was by far the worst. hard rain + arse pounding = miserable experience

Was in TGBFTL for the away game in Birmingham (Bama) in the mid-80s. We were under a Tornado Watch and the sky got really bad right before halftime.
I was there. They announced over the PA that there was a tornado warning in the area and no one moved. Can’t believe they didn’t stop that game. We won too! That was during the streak where we won like 5 in a row in Alabama but couldn’t win in Tiger Stadium.

Everybody tends to think of either cold, or wet which were problems during the Miami game. But to me the worst was this year’s Utah State were the broiler was on highAnd was relentless

Was my first LSU game. Rode out that storm under the stadium what seemed like an eternity.

austintexastiger - You nailed it. It never felt like the Tigers were going to score that night, but...Like I said, married 40 years now (LOL).

Vanderbilt homecoming 1985. Stormed the entire game. Sometimes you couldn’t even see across the field to the other side. In the third quarter it really opened up and it was hard to see the field. Only a handful of passes were even attempted that night.

Worst weather you've experienced at an LSU game?
I know there's been worse for others but my personal worst was 2015 Auburn. 2:30 CBS game on September 19th. Mid 90s with a heat index around 99. Mind you, heat index is in the shade, not concrete and steel in full sunshine.

Not even close - Miami of Ohio at Tiger Stadium. Torrential rain, even for Louisiana.

South Carolina 2007 comes to mind. Left that one soaked.
Fresno State 2006. Left that one soaked too, but only because of the 120% humidity.
