All of this is false and pretty comical. Owners are amazing, down to earth couple with great kids who all live there. Not an ounce of snobbery in any of them.

I had the thought a couple weeks ago about the house on Old Perkins across from Santa Maria. 11 mil and it's pretty sweet

Last I looked it needed a lot of work .
Edit: there was a thread awhile back about it needing major updates

That home is the most spectacular in the entire state! It is a fortress. Five bedrooms, 10 baths, and 25,000 square feet with multiple courtyards on many acres of gated land costing $14 million. Spa, pool, waterfront at $552 per square foot.
Found the listing agent of the highland rd house

Who the hell would buy a 14 million dollar home in Baton Rouge ??

EBR Assessor still has the property owned by Andre Bruni

He was definitely given that as a rental it was probably in his contract

Her husband and sons lived in BR but she was half way across the country just shopping and hanging out? Yankees are so weird

They're talking about BK's wife, not the owners of the Pennington house
ETA: and please send the Penningtons my regards!

I don’t blame her. It has pockets of good stuff but overall it is an awful place to live especially when you have resources to live elsewhere. There are so many downsides to the city that grind you down on a day to day basis.
It usually has more to do with not fitting into the community (the people) more than anything. BR is a great place to live if you live in the right areas and youre not a young single professional

Who is his RE agent? Just curious…
There are about 2-3 BR Realtors that have handled the home purchases as a buyer's agent for the football and other coaching hires at LSU.
I am not going to name them but they are highly qualified and pretty much exclusively work with high end clients in our market.

From what I heard, he only paid 1.2M for the house he bought
This seems very modest in 2025 for a guy making what he makes.
Now my question is this:
Is this a seperate house for Layla and kids?
Are they married, does anyone have the balls to ask the man about his martal status with Layla?

for 14mill, that house is very underwhelming. that has to be the worst 10+ mill ever. It will never get sold. Where is the tennis court, basketball court, theatre room etc?
Only 5 bedrooms, but 10 baths

what does this even mean?
There is a house on the lake that LSU bought him to host recruiting. I think there is a rule about hosting players at your house and it having to be within certain distance to a campus. (Or maybe he didn’t keep a house here)

Just tell us if one of them is related to DD Breaux

Might look better, but a contractor blew his brains out in the driveway while it was being built.
