Not ignoring the “wrongdoing” but no information that came to light was new information to LSU, earlier in the season Wade was publicly talking Woodward to task on our shite facilities. I think him not falling in line with Woodward had more to do with our decision to fire him vs telling the NCAA to kick rocks

I thought McMahon had the potential to at least be an average coach especially after last year. Not good but at least competitive. I was wrong, lol. Embarrassing

Instead we’ve got a Mid Football program and the Basketball program is blown up. The difference is we or LSU still makes money off football and our MBB program is losing money and is a sham.

Absolutely. Carter was the only good player all year and he's gone along with 3 other seniors that were in the rotation. Throw in 3-4 defections and there ain't much roster there, definitely not any shooting. If anything the MM era has taught us it's to not count on 4 star freshman to be big contributors. Reed and Miller could be solid but with bad guards and no shooting that'll only go so far.

I was surprised when Woodard actually came here. But his reputation for hiring top coaches gave us pause.
While JJ and Kim are great hires, MM is not and Kelly’s jury is still out.
I did think at one time that Woody might one day make a run for governor but now realize that was a dumb idea.
He can live another day if he has to hire another basketball coach but if Kelly can’t get us at least playing for a Natty, Woody may be on the same hot seat as CBK.
