he said the driver of the vehicle was more the instigator trying to get his vehicle out of a bad situation. Said JJ was a bystander and peacemaker more than anything.
I can sleep better now.

This story is very similar to what was said to me by someone who was there...
this if from the Bird's Nest (Jay Walker)
------------------------
The four players, quarterback Jordan Jefferson, wide receiver Jarvis Landry, offensive tackle Chris Davenport and linebacker Josh Johns were supposed to meet with Baton Rouge police on Monday. But that meeting has been pushed back a day at the behest of attorney Nathan Fisher.
There’s a lot about the incident we don’t know. Here’s what we do know.
Two of the four players are under the age of 21. Jefferson’s 21st birthday is this Thursday.
All four were among many LSU players who were out celebrating the end of fall camp.
Outside of the bar, there was an incident where someone was trying to leave, but there was a crowd blocking the car’s exit. The driver of the car blew the horn at the crowd and some took issue with it.
What happened after that is what police will try to sort out.
--------------------------------------------
I was told there were about 8 players blocking the driveway, but that 4 got into the action and that instead of moving out of the way, they got irritated. From what I was told, the curfew was broken so as to celebrate JJ's birthday....
I guess we will know the truth later....
but I am guessing that IF the curfew was broken, that such alone will bring some actions from the coach, separately from any police action which may/may not come.

How would they do that? Didn't he just blow the horn for people to get out of the way?

CptBengal you are taking the word of a dropout/marine/felon and his friends over the word of others when the dropout/marine/felon has motive to cause trouble cause of his ex girl friend not wanting to be around him anymore. They refuse to take an ambulance ride but yet they have unconsciousness and broken vertebrae. They say they were never in the bar but apparently he got thrown out twice.
The felon/marine/dropout gets thrown out of the bar and sticks around but you don't think he is the instigator.
Brad Wing has a busted lip, just wondering how you think he got that?

According to Nathan fisher, the mean old media and their camera were scaring them and making them cry.

Pretty sure its already been addressed. Yet the idiots on here want to suspend JJ for breaking curfew and could care less about the other players.
Cus they have an agenda against JJ and Les Miles.

Well Fisher has a video that the police have not seen yet. Let's just assume that Fisher wouldn't share said video if it incriminated his clients. So therefore the video must be good news for the players. I heard chatter that the video is from inside and has the dbag on it.
I would also have to believe the fact that the po-po didnt want to see the video doesnt mean the video wont be used if this case get bigger than BR court rooms.
If Lowery indeed has a relative in the BR government and that plays into this case, I would think the case would be appealed to a higher court where said evidence would be presented.
Again this is just speculation on my part by the stories given.

Was it ever brought up that the driver was most likely Driving Under the Influence? That can look to good for him.

So what if all are under the age of 21. What does that have to do with anything?
