Not trying to be an arse, but i already knew this. Its like that at pretty much every bar in tigerland.
Guys never get in free unless they have some sort of fraternity exchange, or maybe when freds has lawschool party.
Im know the guy didnt just go in looking for his friends. If he did its possible thats when he got kicked out if he just stormed rt in there without paying cover.

I can't tell you anyone's side of the story because not a single one of the accusers or accused have released any statements. All I can tell you is what the cops and lawyers have said. And to my knowledge neither the cops or lawyers have stated that they have video confirming one of the accusers was in the bar.

I don't think you know what assault is. The police said the guy didn't swerve to act like he was going to hit anyone. That would be assault.
The witness on WWL said the guy was trying to get his truck out of a shitty parking situation because the lot was all fricked up.

Well Fisher has a video that the police have not seen yet. Let's just assume that Fisher wouldn't share said video if it incriminated his clients. So therefore the video must be good news for the players. I heard chatter that the video is from inside and has the dbag on it.

Actually its what reporters have quoted the lawyers and cops saying.

Fischer stated the marine was on video in the bar and he had said video. The police stated they already video and turned down his offer of evidence. All of this happened AFTER the police released their statements or whatever of what happened. Which most here as suspecting is soley from the Shday 4. Only because our players and or 3rd party had not been interviewed yet
